The author has competed at the highest level of international sport, as athlete and later as coach of elite competitors. He has practised law. He has built companies, led an investment firm as its chief executive, and now serves as managing director of a medical-technology company. He has invented, patented, and brought ideas from a page to a market.
Every one of those arenas taught the same thing wearing different clothes: performance follows process, and process follows order. The athlete who improvises under pressure loses to the one whose preparation removed the need to improvise. The business that measures survives the one that narrates. The trader is no different. The market simply grades faster.
He writes under a pen name because the work should stand on its own reading of the market, not on a résumé. The truths do not care who states them.
